I know that cardio is the best way to lose weight, but its hard to push my self to do the recommended time! Tonight was different though, something inside me made me push my self to do the workout! 30 minutes on the elliptical while burning 10-12 cal/min, then 15 minutes of 5 min running, then 5 minutes power walking on a 6.5 incline, 5 min run. 45minutes down! and you know what?..I feel great! I just have to find a way to keep my self occupied and motivated to keep that up! Its not that I get tired, its that i get bored :\ Does anyone have any suggestions that can make me motivated to do cardio?!
